Carbon Neutral Affordable Housing Development, Donington

Our client, working in collaboration with a housing association and Thomas Cowley School, hope to develop this dilapidated site, which is remote from the school’s main campus, into much needed affordable housing. Although a number of options are currently under consideration, all place a strong emphasis on both carbon neutrality – through passive design technology and sustainable development – through careful analysis of local demographics.
