Today we were joined by Ben, a work experience student. Ben designed concept proposals for two very different learning spaces and a new family house. It’s been a very productive day.

We have the pleasure to announce we received Full Planning Permission for our proposal for the Scarborough Esplanade regeneration aka Slinky. The project was developed in collaboration with the Lincolnshire Community Foundation and features in our Projects section.  

We are delighted to announce that we recently moved into our new space. Right in the centre of historical Lincoln, the location could not be better.  We are a stone’s throw from the cathedral and the castle. Welbourn Barn Conversion Phase 1 was completed in just four weeks. The modest changes included introducing a utility and a shower room. We are pleased with the quality of work. Thank you Howden Davy. More to come!

We are very pleased to have received planning permission for the summer house in Cottingham. This traditional structure, with a fully glazed gable end, will be completed by this summer. The site lies in the heart of the Conservation Area a Zone 3 flood plain. The constraints were incredibly sensitive. Work has now commenced on site.

Maria and Karolina have submitted a Planning Application for a summer house in Cottingham. The design comprises of an open plan social space, a mezzanine level and a large external decking area. Fingers crossed for a swift validation by East Riding of Yorkshire Council!
